The first of four gruelling sundays is done and over with. Kudos to those who did not snap and break under pressure.

So he has a daughter already.. like I care. duh. not that i'm really THAT affected (duh, i'm just writing about it in my blog lang naman diba?!)

hmm.. what else? This collective bargaining and unfair labor practices are draining the crap out of me.. i think that i shall never see, a book as full of highlights as the one I have. (though that doesn't really rhym)

I think I just might enter that "you've got blog" contest. Trouble is, i'm not really that much of a writer..

Or i should just shut my mouth and study?!

Haay imagine this...

 7:40 in the morning..two girls fighting over one (eherm.. tall, lanky and nevermind) guy. well, you'd say that's usual stuff right? Until you later on learn that one of the girl stabs the other.

HA! Ateneo de Davao is in deep sh*t right now. I am predicting lawsuits. hehehe

My friends and I were just laughing about the incident, joking that the root cause of it all was an ugly duckling guy. Little did we know how close to the truth we were. Hay love.

But being molded to become heartless lawyers, we then proceeded to analyzing the legal consequences, defenses and whachamaccalits of the incident.

Well, thank God for the defense of minority. I bet the two freshmen gurls won't serve sentence in jail.

Of course the accused defense is mainly self defense. And if she does prove that (which for me, she has a good case as there was definitely unlawful aggression), then she'll walk free.

But then can she charge the guy with violation of VAWC? hmm.. to do that would be to admit that she is no longer a virgin..

Hmm.. defense of passion and obfuscation? haay.. ang hirap pala.

But we did agree that Ateneo would definitely be the one to pay for it. Tsk Tsk.. how did that balisong go undetected. its not like this is UP, right?
